Patricia A. “Pat” Jean

 Patricia A. “Pat” (Leggiardro) Jean, 61, of Dracut, died Friday, February 21st at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. She was the beloved wife of Maurice E. “Moe” Jean with whom she would have celebrated their 31st wedding anniversary on July 30th of this year.
 Born in Boston, Massachusetts, October 23, 1952, the daughter of the late John J. and the late Lillian R. (Buscanera) Leggiardro, she attended Chelsea schools and was a graduate of Chelsea High School in the Class of 1971. She then went on to earn a Certificate in Nursing from Tewksbury State Hospital in Tewksbury, MA.
 Before retiring, Pat was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Tewksbury State Hospital for over 32 years.
 Among her many activities, Pat enjoyed playing bingo, going on metal detecting excursions and her occasional trips to Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut. She especially loved camping in Sandwich down on Cape Cod. She was also an active member of the Lowell Lodge of Elks BPOE #87.
 In addition to her husband Moe, Pat is survived by a daughter Nicole M. Lopez and her wife Cara of Lynn, MA; a brother James Leggiardro and his fiancée Renee LeMoure of Revere, MA; and several nieces and nephews.
 She was also sister of the late Barbara Leggiardro and the late John Leggiardro.
 In keeping in accordance with her wishes, there will be no calling hours. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life for Pat on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the Lowell Lodge of Elks, 40 Old Ferry Road in Lowell from 4 to 8 P.M.
