Patricia G. O’Connor

Loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister

Patricia G. (Hirsch) O’Connor, 81, of Nottingham, NH, formerly of Pelham, died Wednesday, April 12th at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Philip J. O’Connor who died December 18, 1996.
Born in Pelham, New Hampshire, July 27, 1935, a daughter of the late Albert and the late Gladys (McCallum) Hirsch, she attended the Pelham one room schoolhouse and was a graduate of Nashua High School.
Before retiring, Patricia was employed as the Head Mixologist at the Steele Hill Resort in Sanbornton, NH.
Among her many interests, Patricia enjoyed gardening, interior decorating, watching the news on television, helping other people with all aspects of their everyday activities and she loved her cats unconditionally. But above all else, she cherished the quality time she was able to spend with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Patricia is survived by three daughters Patricia Darline O’Connor and her husband William McQueen of New Hampton, NH, Kelly C. Tibbetts and her husband Girard of Nottingham, NH and Heather C. O’Connor Camire-Campagna and her husband David of Gilford, NH; two sons Philip M. O’Connor of South Boston, MA and Michael T. O’Connor and his wife Pauline of Bridgewater, MA; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters Gertrude Johnson of Bedford, NH and Barbara Lantagne of Gilford, NH; and many nieces and nephews.
She was also mother of the late Timothy A. O’Connor and sister of the late Jeannie Stickney.
Friends may call at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME 11 NASHUA RD. in Pelham from 4 to 7 P.M. Tuesday. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service to be celebrated Wednesday morning at the FIRST CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH in Pelham at 11 o'clock. Burial to follow in Gibson Cemetery.
