Paul W. Cryts

Beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend;

Paul W. Cryts, 79, of Pelham, NH, and formerly of Parris Island, SC, Lowell, MA, and Reading MA, died unexpectedly Friday afternoon July 19, 2019 at his home.

Born in Guantanamo, Cuba, November 11, 1939, a son of the late Benny and the late Margaret (Benson) Cryts, he attended Reading Schools and was a graduate of Reading High School in Class of 1957.

Paul proudly served his country as a member of the U.S Air Force.

Prior to his retirement, Paul worked in the air freight and shipping industry for most of his career.

An avid Boston sports fan including the Pats, Red Sox and Bruins, Paul also enjoyed following and talking politics. However his greatest joy was being with his family and he was especially proud of his grandchildren.

Paul is survived by his son Kevin P. Cryts and his wife Jennifer of Williamsburg, VA; a daughter Lisa A. Schroder and her husband Erik of Manchester, NH; four grandchildren Collan Cryts, Abigail Cryts, Emma Schroder and Sophie Schroder; a sister Charlotte Faehn of Florida; three brothers Charles Cryts and his wife Noelle of Brighton, MA, William Cryts of MA, and Robert Cryts of Quincy, MA; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME 11 NASHUA RD. in PELHAM for a Memorial Visitation on Wednesday July 24th from 5 to 7 P.M.
