Retired from the M.B.T.A. in Boston, MA in 1991
 
    Rudolph P. Goulart, 87, of Windham, NH, passed away peacefully Sunday morning December 23, 2018 at his home surrounded by loving family.
     He was the beloved husband of Marilyn W. (Patterson) Goulart with whom he celebrated their 28th wedding Anniversary on February 14th 2018.
     Born in Somerville, MA, March 9, 1931, a son of the late Rudolph and the late Beatrice (Perry) Goulart, he received his education at Somerville Vocational High School.
     A veteran of the Korean Conflict, Rudy proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Air Force.
     He was also a member of the American Legion.
     An avid Boatsman, Rudy was a member of the Columbia Yacht Club in South Boston for many years. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.
     Besides his wife Marilyn, he is survived by three sons Rudolph P. Goulart and his wife Terry of Yarmouth, MA, John Goulart and his wife Christine of Riverview, FL and Thomas Goulart and his wife Gail of Brewster, MA; two daughters Louise Rafferty and husband Michael, and Martha Kunze both of Huntsville, AL; 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; four step-children Patricia Blumenthal, Maureen O’Neil, George Fuller and Rhonda Zelnia; seven step-grandchildren; a sister Yvonne Scott of Tewksbury, MA, and several nieces and nephews.
     He was also the grandfather of the late Shannon Paul.
