Alexander L. DiDomenico

Loving husband, father, and grandfather;

Alexander L. DiDomenico, 68, of Pelham, New Hampshire passed away unexpectedly Saturday October 10, 2020 at Lawrence General Hospital.

He was the beloved husband of Jeannette R. (Croteau) DiDomenico, with whom he celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary in 2020. 

Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, August 8, 1952, a son of the late Joseph and the late Elizabeth (Carney) DiDomenico, he attended Lawrence schools and was graduate of Lawrence High School.

Prior to his retirement, Alex was a machine operator for Bixby International in Newburyport. Previously, he worked in the paper business for many years at the former Newark Atlantic Paper Company in Lawrence.

Alex enjoyed painting, traveling, carpentry, gambling at Foxwoods and gardening. He was his happiest when he was with his family.  After retirement he devoted most of his time and energy taking care of his two youngest grandchildren. 

Besides his wife, he is survived by three children Jeffrey A. DiDomenico and his wife Erin of Pelham, Amy E. Crespo and her husband Edgar of Pelham and Matthew J. DiDomenico and his significant other Michelle of Salem, NH; six grandchildren Mercedes, Maddison, Mason, Aiden, Eliana and McKenna; a sister Rita Toppin of Derry, NH; a brother Patrick DiDomenico and his wife Marion of Derry, NH; several nieces and nephews.

He was also the brother of the late Joseph DiDomenico and the late Cynthia Gannon.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, all services were held privately for the family. There will be a Celebration of Life for Alex at a future date. E-condolences at www.pelhamfuneralhome.com.
