Alma A. Healey
Alma (Hargreaves) (Fielding) Healey, 87, passed away peacefully at her home in Pelham, New Hampshire Wednesday December 15, 2020.
Born in Lawrence, MA on October 15, 1933, one of four children and the daughter of the late Harold and the late Marion (Wheeler) Hargreaves, she attended Methuen schools and was a graduate of Methuen High School.
She retired after 28 years of employment in Human Resources at AT&T, Bell Labs, in North Andover, MA.
Alma was a Trustee and longtime member of the First Congregational Church of Pelham, where she previously served as President of Women’s Fellowship Committee. She also started the Community Suppers program at the Church.
Active in her community, Alma helped start the Women’s Auxiliary for the Pelham VFW and was a member of the Red Hat Society.
She is survived by her daughter Linda J. (Fielding) Rose and her husband Wallace of Pelham, NH; a son Richard Fielding and his wife Pam of Tonto Basin, AZ; six grandchildren, twelve grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter; her brother George Hargreaves and his wife Pauline of Methuen; and several nieces and nephews.
Alma was also the sister of the late Arthur Hargreaves and the late William Hargreaves.
Due to gathering restrictions, all services were held privately for the family. She was buried at the Gibson Cemetery next to her second husband, Phillip Healey.
