Anne Marie (Sheehan) Decarolis

Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Anne M. DeCarolis, 90 of Meredith NH, but  formerly of Pelham, NH passed away peacefully at Goldenview Health Care Center in Meredith,  NH on Tuesday December 9, 2025,  surrounded by her loving family.

She was the loving wife for over 66 years to the late Mario G. DeCarolis who died in 2020,

Born in Waltham, Massachusetts on January 11, 1935, the daughter of the late Peter and the late Bridget (Barry) Sheehan, she was a graduate of Tewksbury High School, Class of 1953.

After marrying Mario, they moved to Pelham, NH, in 1960, where Anne was an active member of St. Patrick’s Parish, volunteering as a CCD teacher and PTA member.

After raising her children, she was an active real estate broker with Verani Realty of Londonderry, NH for many years.  Anne then carried on her nurturing spirit, working at her daughter’s childcare center in Londonderry, NH,  as an infant caregiver during retirement. 

Later in life, Anne and Mario enjoyed their time at Lake Winnipesaukee in Meredith, NH, welcoming their family and friends. She also enjoyed cooking and was an avid Red Sox fan

Anne is survived by her five children Joanne Duffy and her husband Paul, of Venice, Fla., Paul DeCarolis and his wife Jody (Neskey) of Pelham, NH, Richard DeCarolis of Meredith, NH, Jane Gianetti and her husband Anthony of Hooksett, NH and Gail (DeCarolis) Frongillo of Rye, NH. 15 devoted grandchildren and 13 loving great-grandchildren; four in-laws, Philip DeCarolis of Londonderry, NH, Nancy DeCarolis of Londonderry, NH, Rose Marie Morris of Windham, NH and Regina Sargent of Hope, ME; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her siblings Mary Canavan, Francis Sheehan and Katherine Berube.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Tuesday morning December 16, 2025, at  ST. PATRICK CHURCH 12 MAIN ST. in PELHAM, NH FROM 9:45 TO 10:45 A.M. Her Funeral Mass will follow in church at 11 o'clock. Her burial will follow at the Gibson Cemetery in Pelham.
