Barbara A. (Hadley) Lesniak

Loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend;

Barbara A. (Hadley) Lesniak, 84, of Dracut, Massachusetts, formerly of Pelham, NH, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Lowell General Hospital’s Saints Campus.

She was the beloved wife for 66 years of John A. Lesniak, Sr., who passed on May 21, 2024. 

Born in Lowell, MA, June 16, 1941, the daughter of the late Harold E. and the late Mildred L. (Sweeney) Hadley, she attended Lowell schools and graduated from Lowell Vocational School. 

For many years, Barbara worked as a caretaker for St. Patrick’s Rectory in Pelham, NH.

She enjoyed crafting, making art, and playing bingo with her friends.

Barbara is survived by a son, John A. Lesniak, Jr. and his wife Kathi of Milford, NH; a daughter, Pamela Lamontagne and her husband Gary of Chester, NH; ten grandchildren, Katelyn, Brandon, Kimberly, Ashley, Nicholas, Emmah, Erikka, Jonathan, John and Ruby; and sixteen great grandchildren, Emily, Julia, Meredith, Caroline, Eleanor, Evelyn, Walden, Wesley, Owen, Olive, Leo, Pearl, Nathan, Alex, Everly and Avery; two brother-in laws; Henry Mickey Lesniak and his wife Linda, Mark Lesniak and his wife Jeanne. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was the mother of the late Scot Lesniak and the sister of the late Eleanor Mae Dean.
