Daniel R. “Dan” St. Amand

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend;

Daniel R. “Dan” St. Amand, 76, of Pelham, New Hampshire died unexpectedly at his home Wednesday January 22, 2020.

He was the loving husband for almost 54 years of Marie G. (Cieslik) St. Amand, who survives him.

Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, December 1, 1943, a son of the late Raymond L. and the late Yvette Y. (Bergeron) St. Amand, he attended St. Theresa’s school in Methuen and was a graduate of Tenney High School in Methuen.

A veteran with the U.S. Navy, Dan proudly served his country from 1960 to 1964.

A hard worker his whole life, Dan was currently a Maintenance Engineer with Atlantic Rim and Brace in Nashua, NH for over 25 years. He also had worked for Physical Support Systems in Windham, NH for several years.

A member of American Legion Post 100 in Pelham, Dan served as a member of the Honor Guard over the years.

Over the years, Dan enjoyed trips up north to Pittsburg, NH with good friends with whom he shared a house for snowmobiling, hunting and fishing. 

Besides his wife Marie, Dan, the oldest cousin in his family, is survived by two daughters Amy Cericola of Pembroke, NH and Sherri Flanagan and her husband Kerry of Nashua, NH; a son Mark E. St. Amand of Pelham; four grandchildren Brooke Flanagan, Angelica Cericola, Elizabeth Cericola and Megan Cericola ; a sister Priscilla Devericks and her husband Bob of Hope, MI; two brothers Russell St. Amand and his wife Debbie of Lowell and James St. Amand of Derry, NH; several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Celebration of Life Services on Saturday February 15, 2020 from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 P.M. at the AMERICAN LEGION POST 100 in Pelham, NH.
