David Edward Clegg

Beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend;

David Edward Clegg, 55, of Pelham, New Hampshire, died Monday July 26, 2021 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital after a long courageous battle with Covid 19 with his family and friend by his side. 

He was the loving husband for 29 years of Catherine H. (Bogush) Clegg, who survives him.

Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, June 24, 1966, the son of Karen J. (Pendergast) Lannon of Vero Beach, FL and the late David A. Clegg, he received his education in the Dracut and Pelham school systems.

David was the owner and operator of New England Roofing and Remodeling, LLC which he had operated for over 20 years.

Among his many interests, David was an avid Boston sports fan and deep-sea fisher man. David loved to travel with family and friends any chance he got, his favorite times were spent on cruises, trips to Florida, and Las Vegas. David was a man who loved listening to music and playing it on his guitar. His summers were spent at his camp in Maine. He also enjoyed just hanging out with his dog Albie.

Besides his wife and mother, David is survived by two sons Kyle E. Clegg and Travis D. Clegg of Pelham; two sisters Tracey Dagesse and her husband Reggie and Tammy Clegg all of Nashua, NH; His longtime friend and Brother In law Joseph Bogush of Lowell, MA; His Sister In-Laws Nicole Clegg of Port Orange, FL; Linda Broady and her husband James Broady Of Pelham, NH; And Barbara Oliver of Derry, NH; His nieces & Nephew Bryanna Clegg of Bedford, NH, Ashley Clegg of Lowell, MA Shianne Dagesse of Nashua, NH; Angela Silva of Dracut, MA; And Lindsay & Logan Daigle of Pelham, NH His aunt and uncle Ann and David Viera of Pelham, NH; His Aunt Karen Clegg of Woburn, MA; His cousins Deirdre Clegg of Woburn, MA; And Justin Viera of Hampton, NH; And his best friends Tom & Besty Manning of Hudson, NH among many others.

He was also the brother of the late Kevin J. Clegg who died in 2016.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Visitation to be held on Saturday July 31, 2021 at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME 11 NASHUA RD. in Pelham, NH from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
