David A. Perigny, Sr.
Beloved husband, father, step-father, grandfather, brother and friend;
David A. Perigny, Sr., 72, of Pelham, New Hampshire, died unexpectedly as a result of an automobile accident while riding his motorcycle on Saturday October 3, 2020 in Pelham, NH.
He was the loving husband of Cheryl A. (Morin) (Allen) Perigny, who survives him.
Born in Methuen, Massachusetts, May 15, 1948, a son of the late Normand and the late Therese (Generaux) Perigny, he attended Nashua schools and was a graduate of Nashua High School.
A veteran of the Vietnam War, Dave proudly served his country as a Sergeant with the U.S Marine Corps.
Prior to his retirement. he was a welder with the Iron Workers Union, Local 7 of Boston where he worked for over 33 years.
Among his many interests, Dave loved motorcycling, vacationing in Bar Harbor and spending time with his family and friends. He was also a former member of the Pelham American Legion Post 100.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his son David A. Perigny, Jr. and his wife Colleen of Warren, OH; four step-children Wade C. Allen, II and his wife Natashia, Craig J. Allen, Mitchell R. Allen and Crystal A. Allen; two grandchildren Hunter and Elijah; two sisters Diane Frost and her husband Jack of Sanduskey, Ohio and Judy Lagasse of Pelham; a brother Kenneth Perigny and his wife Donna of Salem, NH; and many nieces and nephews.
He was also the father of the late Joseph Perigny and brother of the late Marianne T. Brettell and the late Robert Perigny.
FUNERAL SERVICE UPDATE - JULY 15, 2021. A Celebration of Life for David will be held on Saturday July 24, 2021 at the Pelham American Legion Post 100 from 12 to 4 P.M. with a brief Speaking Program and Presentation of Colors for David at 12:30 P.M. for his family and friends.
