Dr. Gregory B. Arsenault
Beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend;
Dr. Gregory B. Arsenault, 72, formerly of Dracut, MA passed away peacefully after a long battle with early onset dementia, at the Wakefield Care and Rehab Center in Wakefield, MA on Friday, January 8, 2021.
He was born in Lawrence MA, on October 25, 1948, the son of the late Joseph B. Arsenault and the late Ann L. (Forrest) Arsenault. He grew up in Dracut, MA, graduated from Dracut High School in 1967 and served two years in the US Coast Guard. Gregory went on to receive his doctorate degree in Chiropractic from Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa.
Prior to his retirement, in August of 2001, Gregory was a Chiropractor at Pelham Chiropractic Clinic in Pelham, NH where he worked with his brother. Gregory also worked as a social worker for many years at the Lowell Welfare Office in Lowell, MA.
Among his many interests, he enjoyed biking, walking, gardening and fishing.
Gregory is survived by a daughter Erin Gannon and her husband Richard Gannon III; three grandchildren Alyssa Gannon, Alivia Gannon and Richard Gannon IV; a brother Dr. Brian Arsenault of Sandown, NH and his wife Kelly Arsenault; a sister Susan Arsenault of Florida; a nephew Dr. Mark Arsenault and his wife Melissa and their children Brynne and Chloe; a niece Dr. Melanie Burkhalter and her husband Ron and their children Austin and Mia; he is also survived by the following nieces and nephews Cyndi Patenaude, Tiffany Keilholtz, Garrett Paolilli, Jena DiPinto, Kelsey Biron, Jordan Biron, Nicole Pizzuti, Angela Garcia, Rachel Pontbriant, Matthew Pontbriant, Sarah Pontbriant, Anastasia Christo, Tyler Christo, Alexandra Biron, and Brett Biron.
He also leaves behind his ex-wife of twenty-four years, Patricia Arsenault of Westminster, MA.
Due to gathering restrictions, all Funeral Services will be held privately for the family. Gregory will be buried at Gibson Cemetery, Pelham, NH. E-condolences at www.pelhamfuneralhome.com.
