Loving wife, sister, aunt and friend;
Elaine M. (Sutton) Curtis, 65, of Pelham, New Hampshire passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH with her husband by her side.
She was the beloved wife for 43 years of Brian E. Curtis, who survives her.
Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, June 19, 1960, the daughter of the late Robert E. and the late Dorothy (Gray) Sutton, she attended Billerica Schools and was a graduate of Billerica High School Class of 1978. Elaine went on to attain her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Worcester State College in 1982.
Prior to her retirement in 2022, she performed Customer Service, Accounting and Fulfillment functions for 30 years with publisher GOAL/QPC in Methuen, MA and Salem, NH.
Elaine loved being outdoors, including swimming, hiking, biking, boating and gardening. An avid reader of Mary Higgins Clark books, she also enjoyed doing puzzles, hosting 4th of July parties and sending greeting cards for every holiday and special occasion.
Besides her husband, Elaine is survived by her sister Sylvia Sutton- Heath and her husband Warren of Marlborough, MA; two brothers Edward Sutton and his wife Connie of Largo, FL and Thomas Sutton and his wife Nancy of Chesnee, SC; and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Visitation to be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME 11 NASHUA RD. in PELHAM from 3 to 5 P.M.
