Loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend;
Frances H. (Winters) Carver, 87, of Pelham, New Hampshire, died peacefully Friday September 11, 2020 at D’Youville Senior Care in Lowell, Massachusetts.
She was the beloved wife of the late John H. Carver, Sr. who died in 1987.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, January 22, 1933, a daughter of the late John and the late Eva (Graves) Winters, she received her education in Charlestown while growing up.
Prior to her retirement, she was an assembler for Nutcracker Snacks, Inc. in Billerica where she worked for over 20 years.
She was an active member of the Somerville American Legion Post 388 Women’s Auxiliary for many years.
Frances is survived by five children Deborah A. Mason of North Carolina, John H. Carver and his wife Deborah of Billerica, Janet P. Roy of Lynn, MA, Donna J. Carver and her partner Michael Sweeney of Pelham and Jean F. Long and her husband Robert of Pelham; 15 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; a brother Allen Winters of Chelsea, MA; and many nieces and nephews.
She was also the mother of the late Cheryl Carver who died in 1988. Sister of the late John, Joseph, James, Arthur and Dorothy Ogonoski McCuire.
Funeral Services were private for the family with a Memorial Funeral Mass at St. Patrick’s Church in Pelham. E-condolences at www.pelhamfuneralhome.com.
