Frances M. Chadwick
Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother;
Frances M. (Stacey) Chadwick, 92, of Pelham, New Hampshire passed away Monday evening December 21, 2020 at Fairview Rehabilitation Center in Hudson, New Hampshire.
She was the wife of Richard G. Chadwick, who survives her.
Born in Middleton, Massachusetts, December 18, 1928, a daughter of the late Dan and the late Louise (Wilson) Stacey, she attended Lowell schools and was a graduate of Lowell High School where she also served as a member of the Girl Officers.
Prior to her retirement, Frances was a secretary for Standex International in Salem, NH. Previously, she was the secretary to the Principal at both Alvrine High School and Pelham High School.
Frances was very active at her church, the First Congregational Church of Pelham, and was the Founder of the English Hand Bell Choir. She loved music, singing, going for car rides but most of all being with her family.
Besides her husband, Frances is survived by one daughter Debra Chadwick-Desmarais of Pelham; three sons R. Gregg Chadwick of Hopkington, NH, John S. Chadwick and David N. Chadwick both of Pelham, NH; eight grandchildren Stacey, Kellie, Michael, John, Jr., Chadwick, David, Jr. and Jessica Chadwick, Ashley and Alissa Desmarais; seven great grandchildren.
The last of her siblings, she is predeceased by two sisters Mabel Dewing and Elizabeth Rix and two brothers William and Herbert Stacey; She was also the mother-in-law of the late George R. Desmarais, III.
