Francis J. “Frank” Silva

Beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend;

Francis J. “Frank” Silva, 94, of Pelham, NH, passed away peacefully Friday September 6, 2019 at his home.

He was the husband of the late Vera (Woodman) Silva.

Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, September 2, 1925, a son of the late Frank and the late Annie (Gregory) Silva, he proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy during WW II.

Prior to his retirement, Frank was a driver for St. Johnsbury Transportation for over 10 years.

In addition, he also raised, trained, drove and raced trotting horses for many years.

Frank is survived by his daughter Vera H. Diasio of Fort Myers; three grandchildren Tammy Vellucci and her husband Michael of Fort Myers, Florida, Andrea Lawrence and her husband Sean of Naples, FL and Corey Biasini and his wife Wendy of Naples, FL; 10 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Private Funeral Services will be held at a later date for the convenience of the family.
