Jean Marie Cashman, 77, of Pelham, NH, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2024, with her loving husband, Raymond Cashman, by her side.

Jean was born on March 15, 1947, in Cambridge, MA, to her late parents, Joseph and Norma Deveau.

Jean met her husband, Raymond, when she was 14, and together they shared 58 loving years of marriage.

Jean was an active member of her community and loved helping others in need. Her dedication to helping others was evident in her chosen occupations. In addition to working as a registered nurse, she was also a firefighter and EMT, serving the town of Pelham. She will be remembered for her caring heart, her sense of humor, and the fierce love she had for her family.

Jean was a loving mother to her son Raymond Cashman, and his wife Lynne Cashman; as well as to her daughter Dawn Faia, and her husband Daniel Faia. Jean was also a loving grandmother to her five grandchildren: Corey Cashman, Fallon Sommerfeld, Daniel Faia Jr., Joseph Faia, and Alexa Faia; and her five great-grandchildren: Lillian Cashman, Jackson Sommerfeld, Elliot Sommerfeld, Lincoln Sommerfeld, and Everett Sommerfeld.

Friends may attend her Memorial Visitation on Thursday evening May 23, 2024, at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME 11 NASHUA RD. in PELHAM, NH from 4 to 7 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited to her Committal Services to be held on Friday morning May 24, 2024, at the Gibson Cemetery in Pelham at 11:00 A.M.
