Jennifer A. Pitts

Jennifer A. Pitts, lovingly known as “Jen Jen,” 52, of Pelham, New Hampshire, passed peacefully at home surrounded by her friends and family.

Jen was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose quiet presence, quick wit, and unmistakable sarcasm brought joy to everyone who knew her. Those closest to her always knew that the more sarcasm Jen gave, the more she loved you.

A proud graduate of Dartmouth College, Class of 1995, Jen was a founding member of the Dartmouth Women’s Varsity Softball Team. Her love of sports and family continued throughout her life as she faithfully attended dance recitals, football and softball games, figure skating shows, and even spent time coaching softball for her nieces and nephews.

Jen had a creative spirit and was especially known for the elaborate specialty birthday cakes she lovingly made for family celebrations. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles, trivia, running with the Exeter Run Club, and spending time outdoors.

One of Jen’s proudest moments was escorting her father on an Honor Flight New England trip to Washington, D.C., an experience she treasured deeply.

Jen worked for Toys “R” Us for many years until the company closed in 2018. She later worked at Ravensburger Puzzle warehouse and most recently at New American Food/Candy Break, where she was appreciated for her dedication and kind nature.

She is survived by her loving mother, Donna Pitts of Pelham; her brother, Lenny Pitts and his fiancée, Jenniffer McConnell of Sanbornville, New Hampshire; her sister, Betsy Pelletier and husband Patrick Boucher of Pelham; her cherished nieces and nephews, Ashley and Tyler Pelletier, and Nicole and Zach Pitts; and her beloved cat, Finn.

She was predeceased by her father, Linwood Pitts.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone at New American Foods for the care, compassion, and kindness they showed Jen.

Jen’s quiet strength, humor, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass to be celebrated on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at ST. PATRICK CHURCH at 11 AM. Burial to follow in Gibson Cemetery.
