Pelham-Joann (Agresta) Verdina, 82, loving wife of Philip J. Verdina who survives her, died Tuesday, October 15th at the Colonial Poplin Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Fremont, NH.

Born on December 12, 1941 in Hoboken, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late Fabian and Clementine (Piombino) Agresta. Joann received her education in New Jersey and graduated from Emerson High School in Union City, NJ.

Joann was a dental office manager for Dr. Kenneth Goldberg in Cliffside, NJ and retired in 2007.

She loved spending her time with her family, enjoyed various pieces of artwork and passed time painting whatever made her happy.

In addition to her husband Philip, she is survived by a daughter, Jennifer and her husband Ron Lulfs of Pelham; a grandson, Michael Lulfs of Pelham; a sister, Louise Rittberg of Secaucus, NJ, and several nieces and nephews.
