Beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and niece.

Linda A. (Champagne) Martineau, 68, of Merrimack, New Hampshire, but formerly of Pelham, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua surrounded by her family.

Born in Melrose, MA, on February 28, 1957, the daughter of the late Robert J. and the late Betty E. (Ford) Champagne, she attended Pelham schools and graduated from Pelham High School in the class of 1975.

A devoted mother, Linda worked as a data entry clerk for the Internal Revenue Service in Andover, MA, for many years.  After that, she enjoyed several years in Ocala, FL with family. 

In her spare time, she enjoyed taking trips to Foxwoods, playing bingo and was a passionate Boston sports fan.

However, her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family.

Linda is survived by five children, Christopher M. Martineau and his wife Julie of Wakefield, MA, Nicole M. Ostergaard and her husband Martin, IV, of Latham, NY, Brad R. Martineau and his wife Wendy of Hudson, NH, Brandon L. Martineau and his fiancé Brianna Tirone of Merrimack, NH, and Jill E. Martineau of Newmarket, NH; four grandchildren, Emma Martineau of Wakefield, MA, Martin Ostergaard, V, of Latham, NY, Austin Bourque and his wife Becca of Nashua, NH, and Logan Martineau of Hudson, NH; a brother, Michael J. Champagne and his wife Karen of Sandown, NH; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on Wednesday October 22, 2025, at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME 11 NASHUA RD. in PELHAM from 4 to 7 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass to be celebrated on Thursday morning at ST. PATRICK CHURCH in PELHAM at 11 o'clock.
