 Lorraine M. O’Riorden passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home surrounded by family, friends and her beloved pets on September 24, 2022. She was born 57 years ago in Arlington, MA.   

 Lorraine was an inspiration to all. She demonstrated extraordinary grace, strength and courage throughout her life, especially the past 7 years. She was quietly fearless and didn’t let anything break her spirit and determination. Lorraine was an extremely kind, loving and beautiful women who was always considerate of others.She loved animals, reading and carefree days on the beach. Lorraine was an avid sailor and enjoyed all aspects of boating. She spent many days sailing the waters of Newport, Rhode Island, Mount Hope,Narraganset,and Buzzards Bays. She relished her boats and truly believed life was about the journey not the destination.

 After working in the Recognition Industry for over 25 years, she retired in 2017 to focus on her health. Along with a love of music and fashion she would knit in her spare time to provide scarves and hats for the homeless and elderly during the holidays. She graduated from Pelham High School and earned a degree from Plymouth State University.

Lorraine is the only daughter of the late Richard and Nancy O’Riorden. She will be forever loved and deeply missed by her partner Lynda Tabak. She is also survived by her Uncle Raymond O’Riorden, his wife Bernice Simard and several relatives.

Her Memorial Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday October 22, 2022 at ST. PATRICK CHURCH in  PELHAM, NH. at 11 o'clock. E-condolences/directions at www.pelhamfuneralhome.com.
