Meaghan E. West

Beloved daughter, sister, aunt, niece and friend;

Meaghan E. West, 29, of Pelham, New Hampshire, died unexpectedly on Tuesday February 22, 2022 in Pelham, NH.

Born in Concord, Massachusetts, March 25, 1992, the daughter of Joanne M. “Jo” Galvin and Albert L. West and his partner Jenise, she attended Pelham schools and was a graduate of Pelham High School Class of 2010.

Meaghan was very thoughtful and helpful to friends and family and put their feelings before her own.  She lived with an eclectic style and was a video gamer and loved tattoos. She loved the beach, the outdoors, food, pillows, Bulbasaur, Pikachu, and Grogu.  She could always predict what would happen in every show. She loved music and was an amazing  writer. However, her true passion was her love of animals (she volunteered at Salem Animal Rescue League) and especially her cat Ivory aka "Baby Girl".  She was an amazing soul.

Besides her parents, Meaghan is survived her brother Sean P. West and his wife Colleen of Merrimack, NH; a nephew Logan D. West of Merrimack; her maternal grandmother Marion Galvin of Ayer, MA and her maternal grandfather David Galvin and his wife Debbie of Haverhill, MA; her boyfriend Ryan Melhado of Pelham; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may come to her Memorial Visitation on Wednesday March 2, 2022, at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME 11 NASHUA RD. in PELHAM from 4 to 7 P.M.  Her Memorial Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday morning at ST. PATRICH CHURCH in PELHAM at 10 o’clock followed burial of her ashes in the Gibson Cemetery. E-condolences/directions at www.pelhamfuneralhome.com.
