Michael L. Evans

Beloved father, grandfather, brother, and uncle;

Michael L. Evans, 67, of Nashua, New Hampshire, passed away on Monday March 18, 2024, at home surrounded by his children.

Born in Columbus, Ohio, on March 19, 1956, the son of the late Chester L. and the late Shirley R. (Mathis) Evans, he was a graduate of Newburg High School in the class of 1974. He later attended and graduated from Radiology Tech School.

Michael proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1974 to 1994.

Prior to his retirement, Michael worked as the Supervisor of Radiology at the Reston Hospital in Reston, Virginia.

Amongst his many interests, Michael enjoyed fishing, bowling, sports, traveling, and cooking.

He is survived by two children, a son: Michael L. Evans of Pelham, NH; a daughter Rebecca S. Evans of Peabody, Massachusetts; two granddaughters Emma L. Carter of Marion, Illinois, and Maia T. Evans of Pelham, NH; a brother Deanie Evans and a sister Janet Evans both of Doolittle, Missouri; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Michael leaves behind Edna M. Rivera, girlfriend from Lansdowne, Virginia and daughters Renee Turner and husband Dominic Turner, Cassandra Prowse and husband Brian, Nichole Fournier and husband Robert.  Grandchildren, Aurora, Abram, Ezra, Isaiah and Rosalie Mae.
