Former owner and operator of Professional Hair Designers in Lowell;

Paul C. Genikos, 82, of Pelham, New Hampshire, a well-known hairdresser in Greater Lowell for over 45 years, died Wednesday December 1, 2021, at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua, NH.

He was the beloved husband for over 51 years of Marianne (Wojcik) Genikos, who survives him.
Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, August 27, 1939, the son of the late Charles and the late Helen (Zoukis) Genikos, he attended Dracut schools and was a graduate of Dracut High School.
Paul was a professional and dedicated hairdresser for over 45 years in Lowell and was the former owner and operator of Professional Hair Designers. He enjoyed a successful career during that time with a strong and loyal clientele.
When not working, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching his Boston sports teams. However, his greatest joy was when he was with his family, especially his grandchildren and his dog Molly.

Besides his wife, Paul is survived by two children Stephen J. Genikos and his fiancée Kelly Duchesne of Dracut and Elizabeth A. Genikos and her significant other Jeff Hallworth of Derry, NH; and two grandsons Zachary Genikos and Anthony Genikos.
Paul was the loving father of the late Christopher P. Genikos who died July 8, 2015.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service to be held on Tuesday December 14, 2021, at ST. PATRICK CHURCH in PELHAM at 10 o'clock.
