Raymond E. Gladu

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend;

Raymond E. Gladu, 77, of Pelham, New Hampshire, formerly of Westford, MA passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.

He was the loving husband for over 56 years of Sandra (Fellows) Gladu, who survives him.

Born in Somerville, MA, on August 26, 1945, the son of the late Raymond E. and the late Elizabeth (Heil) Gladu, he attended Westford schools and was a graduate of Westford Academy Class of 1963.  

Prior to his retirement, Ray was a Supervisor with P & L Machine Company in Littleton, MA, and before that was a Supervisor with Digital Equipment Corporation for over 25 years.

A longtime Master Mason, Ray was a member of the Tahattawan Lodge in Littleton.

Ray’s greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

An old car buff, he also enjoyed running, gardening and watching football. In addition, he was the President of the Campbell Grove Association in Pelham.

Besides his wife, Raymond is survived by two daughters Linda E. Gladu Ennis and her husband Kevin and Wendy A. Gladu Landry and her husband Robert all of Pelham, NH; five grandchildren Emily and James Ennis and Olivia, Nicholas, and Katelyn Landry all of Pelham, NH; sister-in-law Gail Gladu of Temple, NH; and many nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his brother Peter Gladu.
