Ross K. “Keith” Whynot, Jr.
Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle,
Ross K. “Keith” Whynot, Jr., of Pelham, New Hampshire, but previously of Wentworth, NH, and Lowell, Massachusetts, passed away on Friday May 31, 2024, at Fairview Rehab and Senior Living in Hudson, NH.
He was the loving husband for over 58 years of Linda (Robinson) Whynot of Pelham, NH, who survives him.
Born in Winchester, MA, November 7, 1946, the son of the late Ross Keith, Sr. and the late Elizabeth H. (Florence) Whynot, he attended Lowell Schools and was a graduate of Lowell High School in the class of 1964.
A veteran of the Vietnam War, Keith proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy.
Prior to his retirement, Keith worked as an Engineer for many years, first with RCA and Microwave Associates both in Burlington and later with Wang Labs. Most recently he was a Quality Control Supervisor for the Lockheed Martin Company in Chelmsford.
Amongst his many interests, Keith enjoyed fishing, electronics, and computers.
Besides his wife Linda, Keith is survived by two children: Christopher M. Whynot of Pelham, NH, and Tracey D. Goldman and her husband Glenn of Dracut, MA; two grandchildren Ryan Demmons and Shelby Demmons and her partner Ben Auger; two great grandchildren Landon and Bentley; a sister Elizabeth Mikonis of Windham, NH; a nephew Todd Mikonis and his wife Krissy of Hollis, NH; he is also survived by several grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
He was the father of the late Heather Whynot who passed away in 1981.
Relatives and friends are invited to call for his Memorial Visitation on Monday June 10, 2024, at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME 11 NASHUA RD. in PELHAM from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M.
