Ruth E. Maiocchi, 96, of Bradenton, Florida, formerly of Pelham, New Hampshire passed away on April 21, 2021 at Tidewell Hospice House in Bradenton.
 
She was the beloved wife of John G. Maiocchi for 69 years before he passed away on August 17, 2012.
 
Born in Woburn, Massachusetts, on December 29, 1924, the daughter of the late William and the late Delia Flaherty, she was raised in Woburn and graduated from Woburn High School.
 
Following her wedding to John she dedicated her life to her husband and raising their six children.  On occasion she worked outside the home in the electronics industry.
 
She is survived by children, Cathleen and Thomas Felch of Hudson, New Hampshire, James Maiocchi of New Port Richey, Florida, George and Sue Maiocchi of Kannapolis, North Carolina, Dennis and Lori Maiocchi of New Port Richey, Florida, and Debra and Craig Royer of Springhope, North Carolina;  daughter-in-law Susan P. Maiocchi of Pelham,NH; eleven  grandchildren John J. Maiocchi, Stephanie Carlson, Wendy Blanchard, Melissa Price, Scott Maiocchi, Shannon Armstrong, Stacey Maiocchi, Aimee Joyner, Christopher Asselin, Andrew Asselin and Jacob Asselin; ten great grandchildren and a great great grandson.
 
Besides her husband John, Ruth was predeceased by her son John A. Maiocchi and her sister Rose Eason.
 
Relatives and friends are invited to Ruth’s Funeral Mass that will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at 12:00 PM at ST. PATRICK CHURCH in Pelham, New Hampshire.  Burial will follow in Gibson Cemetery, Pelham. Everyone is invited to meet at the church. E-condolences/directions at www.pelhamfuneralhome.com.
