Stanley R. Rasimowicz, Sr.

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and in-law;

Stanley R. Rasimowicz Sr., 72, of Pelham, New Hampshire, passed away on Wednesday September 6, 2023, at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in West Roxbury, Massachusetts.
Stanley was the loving husband for 54 years of Dianna (Jones) Rasimowicz of Pelham, NH, who survives him.
Born in Lowell, MA, April 28, 1951, the son of the late Stanley W. and the late Lillian (Pelletier) Rasimowicz, he was a graduate of the Lowell Trade school (NKA the Greater Lowell Technical High School) and went on to graduate from Newbury Junior College.
A veteran of the Vietnam War, he proudly served his country with the U.S. Army.
Prior to his retirement, Stanley was the owner and operator of Payless Food Store in Lowell, MA for over 20 years.
Among his many interests, Stanley enjoyed traveling, Foxwoods at Thanksgiving, and being with his family and his seven dogs.
Stanley is survived by his wife along with his two sons: Stanley R. “Chip” Rasimowicz , Jr. and his fiancée Alison Collins of Billerica, MA, Mark Rasimowicz and his fiancée Lindsay Martel of Pelham, NH; six grandchildren Brittany, Brian, Justin, Matthew, Eva, and Natalie; one great-granddaughter Tara Rose; a sister Christine Murphy and her husband Robert of Connecticut; three in-laws Brian Jones and his wife Darlene of Tyngsborough, MA, Karen Lamoureux and her husband Brian of Pelham, NH, and Barbara Jones of Dracut, MA; he is also survived by his best friend Paul Gennell.
He was pre-deceased by his mother-in-law, Pauline Trull, and brother-in-law, Larry Jones.
