Michael T. “Gino” “Biggie” Crane, Sr.

Loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend

Michael T. Crane, Sr., 56, of Pelham, died Thursday morning, March 9th at his home with his loving family by his side following a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of Pamela M. (Sanecchiaro) Crane who survives him and with whom he would have celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary on April 26th.
Born in Everett, Massachusetts, a son of the late Thomas and the late Joanne (Barbuto) Crane, he attended Revere schools and was a graduate of Revere High School in the Class of 1978.
Before illness forced his retirement, Gino - known as an extremely hard worker, was employed as a paver with McIver Construction in Lexington, MA for over 15 years. He was also an automobile salesman for Onyx Auto Sales in Hooksett, NH. Growing up, he worked in the family business known as the Cerasuolo Company at the Produce Center in Chelsea, MA.
Among his many interests, Gino enjoyed ice hockey, motorcycles and had an everlasting passion for cars. He was also an avid New England Patriots and Boston Bruins fan. Above all else though, being all about family, he cherished the quality time he was able to spend with his wife, children and grandchildren. He also treated his son’s friends as if they were his own.
In addition to his wife Pamela, Gino is survived by three sons Michael T. Crane, Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Salem, NH, Eric M. Crane and his companion Bre McGillen of Derry, NH and Brandin M. Crane and his wife Tatiana of Salem, NH; four grandchildren Vincent, Mark, Eric Jr. and Madden Crane; a sister Diane Lescovitz and her husband Richard of Revere, MA; his longtime best friend David Shea of Pelham, NH; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also brother of the late Mark Crane.
